This sculpture is made from scraps and debris.

The 6 Rifles symbolize the provinces in Region VIII; Samar, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Biliran, Leyte, and Southern Leyte.

The 2 Chainsaws represent the doubled commitment of this PRO to uphold humanity and despise man-made destructions.

The 4 Horns represent the major environmental concerns that needs to be address.

The 5 Mufflers represent the top 5 environmental issues.

The 38 Shotgun Bullets are inspired on a biblical passage Job 38; The Creation of the Earth.

The 164 Bullet Holes represent the number of lives sacrificed during the onslaught of Typhoon Vinta on December 20, 2017.

The 34 Magazines tell the story of thirty-four injured people during the Typhoon Urduja in December 14, 2017.

The 365 Pistols stand for the days of the year.

The 188 Strands of Hair symbolize the total number of the most destructive calamities in the world.

The 2 Hand Grenades were confiscated from a mob of illegal loggers and communists.

The 3 Rifle Grenades were confiscated during a Police Operation in Samar.

The 2 Axes were used as tree-cutting device of an unpermitted business operation.

The Fine Mesh Fish Net was used to kill baby fish.

The Fishing Troll was seized from violators of Environmental Protection Laws.

The Chemical Container emits gases destructive to the Earth.

The Saw Mill Blades were seized in an illegal logging operation.

The Bolo used in Kaingin.

The Engine Parts represent the number one source of Air Pollution.

The Water Tank was a debris from the Super Typhoon Yolanda which protected an image of Jesus in Sto. Nio Church, tacloban City.

The I-Beam taken from the wrecked PRO8 Administration Building.

The Barbed Wire was a scrap from the perimeter defense built by hostile groups.

The Dynamite symbolizes the cause of massive destruction of coral reefs.

The Chain represents the strength that may arise from solidified connection with the community.

The clock represents the most crucial time of crime commission and also tells that time is running out and we need to take actions now.

The Police Regional Office 8 innovated this holistic representation of the people's resiliency.
It is located on top of the mountain of Palo, Leyte.
It is accessible via motorcycle, but there are portions where walking is advised.
