greetings for all my friends uloggers all meet again with me @damoen on this day chef damoen will share his ulogs story for friends all which on this day i have made a sponge cake recipe which i am doing for the ceremony at home
and also I will share the recipe for all friends .. who want to write the recipe please friend uloggers note below inj:

200 gr Pandan Fluid (first option: 100 gram Instant Sardon + 5sdm Pandan & Water Weigh up to 200gr) then (second option: 100 gram Instant Juice + 100gr Pandanus Juice)

2 itemsKuning Telor
1/2 sdtSoda Cake
240 grGula Sand
1/4 sdtBaking Powder
250 gr Triangular flap / lock
100 mlFried Oil

Ways

  1. Simmer Instant Santan, 200 grams of Sugar and Pandan Deposits until the sugar dissolves
    (water bole replaced coconut milk, more gurihh)
  1. Yellow Egg Mixer + Residual Sugar 40gr + BP + Sodakue to pale expands pake high speed
  2. Enter in sequence: Pandan Liquid then mix the flour until well aja yahh with the lowest speed mixer, turn off the mixer
    Lasttt enter enter the oil pake Spatula aja.
    4, Enter the steamed sponge cup.

Steam for 20 minutes with a big fire :)
do not forget the heat damp until full steam before entering yes
