#ULOG 765 - Daily Thoughts - 13 Jul 19 - Homesteading Today...

Good Morning, Steemians! :D

There weren’t any sunset pictures from last night because of the rain and this morning started off grey and rainy again, hopefully we’ll see the sun for a bit sometime today. :D

Red and the girls came out in the rain to enjoy their morning treat. :D

Belle, Leroy, and Princess enjoyed a bit of a lay in this morning while it drizzled on them. :D

I brought these pretty girls a treat this morning, they love steak almost as much as I do, they took the pieces right out of my hand with a bit of coaxing on my part. :D

Molly is a much faster eater than Mittens. :D Molly had her chunk of steak gone at least 10 minutes before Mittens finished hers. :D I love that it looks like Molly is smiling in this picture. :D

I also gave the piglets some eggs as a treat, Molly dug right into them, but Mittens didn’t care about them at all and stuck with her breakfast. :D

The rain has stopped, and the frogs are coming out, I caught these two as they were coming out of the pond. :D

This one was just peeking up at me out of the water, so I asked it if I could take its picture, and since it didn’t dive back under the water, I took that as permission. :D

I caught this frog in mid croak. :D

I caught these ones only because the center one was croaking back to the one in the previous picture. :D How many do you see in this picture? :D I’ll give you a hint, there are more than one and less than five in this shot, I kept it bigger to help you see better. :D

Our pretty puppy mom Karma and her handsome son Shadow supervising as I did my morning chores, the other dogs were too busy playing up in front of the house to pay any attention to me. :D

Our handsome grand-puppy Tiny enjoying some fresh air one the rain has stopped and the front steps dried this afternoon. :D

I wanted to change our bedding this afternoon but there was an obstacle in the way, our lovely grand-puppy Lady was sleeping soundly on them, even when I pulled on them she didn’t wake up, needless to say I’ll have to try again later or maybe tomorrow. :D

Supper time for our girls, Mittens kept trying to block Molly from getting to their supper. :D

It took Molly a few minutes of trying to figure out the best way to get to her supper was to go around Mittens instead of trying to go through or over her, but she did figure it out. :D

Now if I can just teach them not to step in their food, its not likely I know, but I’ll try anyway, LOL. :D
