Ulog #02
So, i started a water challenge in the month of April to curb my Soda intake. It was to go on for 60 days with the hope of making higher water intake a habit. Am glad i did this.
Health wise, the benefits of water can't be over emphasied ranging from it(water) being a natural remedy for headaches, it helps flush out body toxins, improves skin complexion among other benefits of its intake.
Lessons learnt in my #60dayswaterchallenge:
•Patience and Consistency is Key in Life.... What you do
•Determination matters a lot.... Ah! I know at some point I really wanted to take Coke, but I was determined to never give up and so I kept going.
•In Life, one must learn the art of Self Discipline.
By beginning this challenge, i was able to influence other people to live a healthy lifestyle and encourage them in curbing their soda intake. The feeling that comes with knowing you influence someone/some people positively is amazing.
By the way, if you want to achieve a glowy smooth skin like mine.... Drink water.
