My #ulog #17- Celebrating 62 years of Love!

Exactly a week ago when my parents celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary. This lengthy span of loving and Living together is really worth celebrating for. Not all couples can get this far in marriage. Unfortunately these days and time, some marriages are just short-lived and break-ups between couples have come so easy.

We opted for a simple and short celebration this time. Just a family gathering for lunch at a restaurant.

However simple and short the celebration maybe, no doubt that my parents did have a great time seeing their grandchildren coming over just to greet them. Some travelled all the way from Manila.

My mom’s name is Carmen and this ice cream that is named after her completed what you would say was a sumptuous lunch.

Looking forward to more of their anniversaries.
