How my team won the Head of Department's CUP Twice in a Row

Hello steemians! I'm really excited to share our glory with the community. It was a really tough start for us, we drew our first and second match but won the third, which qualified us for the finals.

I'm the guy at the extreme end standing from the left.

We scored first in the first Half but unfortunately our opponents equalized towards the end of the first Half. The second Half was goalless and the game ended in a 1:1 draw, we went straight to a penalty shoot out and we WON!! Thanks to our goalkeeper for a wonderful save!.

That is the medal 🏅 we were presented by our HOD in the University of Benin, Nigeria.

We successfully defended the title! Twice in a row! Back to Back! we still have 1 more year left which means 1 more tournament before we graduate, it will be record breaking if we defend ths title for the third time in a row!! We believe we can do it again!...
