ULOG #2 - Learn to Cook Egg Martabak
Hello, friend, steemit, as usual, @siffahsb will share recipes that you can easily practice at home, this time I share a post on how to cook egg martabak.
For more details, let's discuss from the beginning the making and what materials are needed
SKIN MATERIAL:
• 4 tablespoons of flour
• 3-4 tablespoons of water (use a little, if you can't add enough)
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
FILLING MATERIAL:
• 2 eggs
• 2 sticks (large) leeks
• 2 pieces of sausage (can be replaced with chicken / minced meat)
• 1 teaspoon of curry season (if it's not available, skip)
• enough salt
• sufficient cooking oil
• complement:
• 1 pickled cucumber
• according to taste of cayenne / chili sauce
HOW TO MAKE :
- Mix the skin mixture, just add water little by little, stir well until smooth
- Soak the skin mixture in cooking oil (min. 30 minutes)
- Cut the leeks & sausages, set aside
- Beat the eggs, add the curry & salt mix well.
- Put the chives and sausages into egg beaters.
- After 30 minutes the skin is ready for use
- Flatten the mixture on the pan / Teflon
- Turn on the stove, lightly heat after heat, add stuffing to the skin
- Wait until the skin is half cooked, then fold the envelope
- Add a little oil so that the skin is more crunchy, increase the heat of the stove (medium)
- After the mixture is sufficiently cooked & strong, it can be reversed
- Wait until cooked while turning occasionally
- After browning lift & drain
- Serve in a plate, cut into pieces ... ready to be enjoyed with pickled cucumber with cayenne pepper or chili sauce
