#ULOG: 8TH POST: FIRST TIME OF PREPARING FRIED RICE.
Good morning everyone @ulog. This is my 8th ulog post and today I would be showing you how I made my first fried rice yesterday. It was so delicious as I heard people's comment on it. I never knew I could try to that extent even being the first time of preparing it.
Okay,this is my cooked fried rice and the ingredients I used
INGREDIENTS
- Rice
- Green pepper
- Spring onions
- Carrot
- Sweet corn
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Meat(your choice,either chicken or turkey)
- Onions
- Liver
- Curry
- Thyme
- Maggi
- Salt
- Groundnut oil
- Water
STEPS I USE
1 I washed the meat and liver,then boil it.
2 I fried both immediately and set aside
3 I washed the carrot,spring onions and green pepper,then slice together in a tray.
4 I also sliced the onions and add the sweet corn together.

5 I washed and grate the ginger and garlic together into a bowl and set aside
6 I parboil my rice and place down after 15minutes on stove
7 I place a pot on the stove,poured groundnut oil in it,then fry my sliced ingredients and add other seasoning to it.(curry,thyme,maggi,salt,garlic,ginger) then stir for 15minutes
8 I then sieve the fried ingredients away from the oil
9 I put the parboiled rice back on the stove and add some curry and thyme,also the meat water,then stir again
10 I add my liver and the fried ingredients and continue stirring till it is okay to eat.
And that amount to my delicious fried rice meal for yesterday.
