#Ulog Day 11: Special Meriendas Cassava Bibingka.
Good Day Steemians! I wanna share our Special Meriendas Cassava Bibingka Recipe. My most loved merienda is this uncommon cassava bibingka , made more extraordinary with the expansion of nata de coco, kaong and destroyed youthful coconut into the cassava blend. This is finished with a sweet yema-like coating.
Here is the Ingredients :
3 glasses cassava (ground and sap crushed out)
1 glass tender coconut shreds
2 glasses brown sugar
4 pieces eggs, beaten
½ teaspoon salt
½ container melted spread
1 can evaporated drain
1 glass nata de coco (discretionary)
For garnish:
1 can condensed drain
¼ glass butter solidified
snappy soften cheddar
PROCEDURES :
Preheat broiler to 200°C/400°F. Line a 12" x 12" lubed skillet with banana leaves and put aside.
Blend all fixings aside from garnish fixings and fill skillet and spread equally.
Heat for 20 minutes until the point when cake is in part set at that point sprinkle consolidated drain uniformly finished the best and wrap up by fixing with ground solidified margarine.
Heat for 45 minutes at 200°C/400°F or until top starts to darker. Expel from stove and promptly grind brisk dissolve cheddar over cassava cake and cool.
