Day 5 of 21- Barefoot Walking Awareness and Exploration
I faced a point of resistance within my barefoot walking this morning...where I had this belief and idea about walking in the morning dew of the grass...believing my preference to be the pavement because it was dry and not at all wet or moist...interesting revelations unfold within the recording. Sometimes our perception is skewed because we are holding onto self limiting beliefs which create a cognitive bias and preference towards a certain outcome...when deep down that might not be in fact our real truth.
