RE: US Attorney General is confusing fictional statutes and regulations with Spiritual, Natural Law.

What an amazingly clear explanation of Romans 13:1 . I think I have searched all my life for that, as the traditional view never rested easily upon my conscience. Another one that has never felt right is Mark 12:17 , "Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's". KJV. This seems to suggest that we should unconditionally pay whatever taxes the state dreams up. Hmmm. What do you think?

Thank you. I've written about that passage in the past too. The way I see it, if Caesar created it, then give it to him. If God created it, then give it to him. Caesar represents the fictional constructs that we call the 'state'. If we surrender to the state, aka "Caesar", and swear fealty to him, then we abandon God for another master. Caesar created his own money, statutes and regulations. If he is our master through our own choice to be his feudal serf, then we owe fealty to him (the state). However, if we reject Caesar and instead embrace God as our master, as we should, then we render our time and energy to God instead. Caesar represents the fictional constructs while the physical realm is created by the Spiritual Realm, all of which belongs to God.

With that said, we can only have one master. It is our choice on which master we have in our lives. We must then render to our master depending on which one we choose. I rejected the state, Caesar and all their fictional constructs and instead dedicate my mind, body and spirit to Creator! When I declared peace and walked away from being a feudal serf of Caesar, I no longer had any duty to render onto Caesar the things that are Caesar's as I was no longer in possession of anything that was Caesar's! I refused all benefits or privileges that was offered by the state so that I no longer had to render anything to it. However, my body, the land, air, water, plants and animals all belong to Creator, so I am more than happy to be a sacred steward of all his creation as we were commanded to do. My time then is rendered onto God of my own free will. I have no duty to give Caesar any of my time as he is no longer my master. I have nothing to render to him!

I think you will enjoy my book.

that is what it says and it is a good idea to pay your taxes. Then and now, the only two things that are certain are death and taxes.
