Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam - A unique immortal personality

This human life is mortal! The uniqueness of a person's personality, thoughts, and actions in terms of his work and achievements make him unique and well-known. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam is one such person who was born on 15th October 1931 in a simple fishing family. His full name is Abdul Pakir Zainul Abedin Abdul Kalam. Father Zainul Abedin and mother Asiyamma dreamed that the sea near their home would surpass it. He graduated in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Tiruchirappalli in 1954 and came to Chennai in 1955 to study aerospace engineering. At the time, his dream was to become an Indian Air Force pilot, but over time, he came to be associated with the world's best nuclear scientists. In his early life, he joined the Defense Research and Development Department. He joined the Indian Space Research Organization in 1979. But the highest fame of his career was his participation and success in the Agni and Prithvi missile projects. He was instrumental in the development of the PSLV and SLV-3 rockets carrying spacecraft and satellites. In 1998, he was appointed as the Chief Project Coordinator of the Pokhran II project for India's nuclear weapons test. This talented and science-minded man then became the eleventh President of India from 2002 to 2006 and became the object of respect of the entire world.

He was never confined to a particular boundary. He has written many valuable books. His autobiography, Wings of Fire, was published in 1999. His most notable books are "India 2020" (1997). "Ignited Minds"(2002). "Mission India"(2005). "Inspiring Thoughts"(2007). "Forge of future"(2014). President Abdul Kalam has been awarded many prizes at home and abroad. Forty universities in India and outside India have awarded him honorary doctorates. Also received "Padma Bhushan" (1981), "Padma Vibhushan" (1990). and "Bharat Ratna"(1997).On July 26, 2015, while giving a speech on the stage in Shillong, he suddenly lost consciousness and fell to his death. Until the last day of her life, he worked for the betterment of the country and the people of the country. The country was a mother to him.
