Like many other developing countries, Vietnam is entering the 4th industrial revolution (CMCN 4.0). Along with other areas, higher education must catch up with this revolution. To clarify the issue, the author of this article is fond of giving some opinions on his views on higher education with CMCN in general, including CMCN 4.0.cmcn1_OIBP.jpg
Why is there @University education

When it comes to human education, it can be said that it was born when it was written. Thanks to the writing, the storage and transmission of new information can be achieved and also thanks to the written language, the new education. However, with a primitive education that everything has only a certain stop. With the education of the Orient, the education of scholars is basically heavy on philosophy and humanity. Meanwhile, the education of the West is more comprehensive with full knowledge both in the natural sciences and social sciences. However, it is only common knowledge and those who have a high level of education have been respected by the society at that time. When the industrial society has not formed, people with high qualifications are only wise and physician but no engineer, doctor.

By the time the industrial revolution broke out, demand for manpower for it was inevitable. To operate machinery, factories must have workers and engineers. Therefore, there must be vocational schools and universities and colleges to meet the needs of the industry. Of course, managers must also be trained to meet the needs of practical work. Therefore, according to the leader of a private university, the CMCN has contributed to the decision of the birth of the university.

Higher education and industrial revolution
As mentioned above, the industrial revolution has contributed to the emergence of universities and colleges. There are academic universities, but many universities operate with the direction of training practical engineers. In order to best meet the needs of CMCN, cooperation between enterprises and schools is indispensable. It is also the fact that not only the state but the enterprise also invest in opening universities, colleges and vocational schools to meet the demand for human resources first of all for themselves. Of course, at that early age, it may be difficult to ask college teachers to have that degree. And also in English, the word "master" means "master", meaning "master". Thus, people with high education and skilled workers are equally respected by society.
There is also the fact that many people without degrees like Bill Gates or Edison are still invited by American universities. In this regard, some experts assert that students really need practical knowledge and therefore universities must invite uneducated inventors to share experiences as well as what to do. However, these people can only exchange and share experiences, but the teaching in the official program must still be the teachers of the school. Of course, it is the masters who, in addition to cultivating their professional knowledge, must grasp the realities of industrial production. Therefore, college lecturers must respect unqualified technicians like Bill Gates and Edison. And here comes the question of who qualifies for education if they are not recruiters.

Industrial revolution and education in Vietnam

In recent years, Vietnam has exploded the development and establishment of new universities. Many high schools are also upgraded to colleges and colleges that upgrade to college. One example of this is the High School of Archives of the Ministry of the Interior, which has been upgraded to a Diplomatic College of the Central Archives in just over five years. Meanwhile, in the West, many schools over the past hundred years are still only colleges and they are only dedicated to doing well mission of training their human resources without the need to upgrade, rename.
There is a great deal of talk about student transcripts, but in fact, topics that are beyond the scope of the school's training and research are often discouraged because of lack of guidance or guidance. We also have to wait for the guidance of the ministry and the Ministry of Education and Training. And even if a student has found a master instructor who is the author of those studies, it is sometimes not possible to create conditions for the reason that the student is not eligible to receive new subjects. Therefore, if you do not copy the old topics, students also have the right to do new topics (!).

Now we have been entering the CMCN 4.0 and in this revolution no one can wait for anyone. Of course, the students must have the right not to wait for their masters. In addition to the knowledge provided by the school, students have a huge collection of resources on the Internet. Higher education also has to move from learning to studying and students must be self-educated. Even so, it would be good if students take the initiative in topics not included in the recommended list.

Looking to the higher education of the developed countries, they often encourage foreign students, especially those who have won full scholarship back to their hometown to get data for graduation topic. For that reason, when e-commerce in Vietnam is still in development, developed countries already have practical data on this issue in Vietnam while state management agencies and research institutes Our studies are not yet able to obtain such data even though it is necessary to plan practical policies.

According to many comments, we are talking too much to the 4.0 CMCN but the reality of the university and the education sector needs to do is still a problem left many open. However, CMCN 4.0 is still taking place day by day, and will definitely impact on higher education as well as employers. Therefore, the universities are not satisfied with the results of accreditation of organizations licensed by the Ministry of Education and Training that should actively access to the practice of CMCN 4.0 to always do. new yourself. On the part of employers, instead of criticizing the quality of the output of students, their need to actively cooperate with the school. This is a career of growing people and certainly can not have the right results as desired. Therefore, employers, including small and medium-sized businesses, are not just big corporations, they are responsible for the future of the country. The practical experience with the business environment, regardless of size, will help students mature, know how to apply knowledge to learn the work to do.
