I go to Seoul fairly often and have availed myself of the Korean health care system. It’s great!

The clinics are in shopping malls. I go to the one in Starfield Mall/COEX, Gangnam.

The doctors are fast and efficient and the ones over 45 are fluent in traditional herbal/Chinese medicine and sometimes herbs are what you need.

It’s super cheap. Even without insurance it’s $20!

If it was only $20 to visit a doctor in the USA, we would also have 18 visits a year on average, instead of 3.

I’ve been telling Americans how to massively reduce the cost of visits for almost 15 years. Just end the 60+ year totally failed embargo of Cuba that is causing so many of them to come to the USA.
