What is Flame photometer?

Flame photometer is a device which is used in inorganic chemical and physical analysis to determine the concentration of metal ions, amoung them sodium potassium lithuim and calcium. This devicev is commonly used in food industery to chak out the fllow of liquids. Dairy industery used it.

Uses of flame photometer.

There are following uses of flame photometer.

1. Flame photometer is used clinical laboratoryule.
2. The use of flame photometer in pharmaceutical analysis.
3. The use of flame photometer for determining the amount of sodium and potassium.
4. The use of flame photomter to the analysis of alkalis.

This is my picture i am a student of food processing and preservation technology. I study about the processing of food product for example how can we prepare a pizza during preparation of which ingerdients are used and after preparation how can we increase its shelife.
