I could use some help...

Hi! I'm really new to steemit and i wanted to ask how i can load a transparent avatar/profile picture when i have to post a link of the online source instead of an upload.. I saw very cool avatars for example the one of @utopian-1up. You are the first who's content i checked. looking very professional there! maybe you can help me personally?
