Would a project owner creating a development contribution be considered a spontaneous contribution or a solved one?
@ajayyy the owner can decide wether develop spontaneously or create a task first for and then assign himself as the solver.
Wouldn't this create unused work as many people would be implementing the same feature, but the project owner would just set theirs as solved?
