HARD rules broken:

• "A contribution must contain .... benefits of your work to the project owner." - smaller logotype in your design is harder to read then their current design. The symbol is less compact making it less visible in small size.

Suggestions:

• Use more empty space around logo in your presentation
• Try to pick projects that need new logo
