Tag Team Chess will be a new fun style to play chess on Lichess like the Variants: Crazyhouse, Atomic, Chess960... .
Proposal
In this Tag Team chess, there will be two players playing white and another two playing black as in Tag team wrestling. The first player makes the first move then the second makes the next move and they continue to turns but in case of a connection problem with the other player, if the other player remains disconnected for 5 seconds the system should allow the connected player make the next move. As for the rating points, it will be calculated normally i.e if you win or lose the tag team game it would affect your rating point. For example if you play a blitz tag team game and you win your blitz rating will be affected. And pairing: You will first search for a partner or you can invite a friend to join you and when both of you are ready the system will pair you will another team.

Benefits
It solve no issue but introduces more fun to Lichess itself and brings in more players to join the server.

Not a bad idea but that might cause some confusion, based on the capability of both player.
Anyways a similar idea was suggested here.
