Me and My Team won VR/AR Africa Hackathon 2018!!!

As a software developer i haven't been knocked-off balance with joy the way it happened to me when me and my team(Team Badguys) Won the AR/VR Africa Hackathon 2018. I grew up in a neighborhood where most young guys acquire computer literacy mostly for them to become internet scammers but i wanted to be different, i wanted to be more, i wanted to be legit. I thought if i succeed in life being legit i can help change their thoughts and give hope to the youngings. I fell in love with science and technology early in life, at some point i was an electronics hobbyist, learned a lot about many components and took on many projects i could afford because i usually buy components with the little i was supposed to use in feeding because my parents were poor. At some point i figured electronics wasn't the way because i couldn't afford some high level components but before i finally ended my electronics journey i had already heard about computer programming but i never knew exactly what it is. On my first glance at programming i knew i found a new addiction because it was perfectly designed for me. I've always knew myself to have a very good logical reasoning so i knew i was going to blend-in easily. At first i tried many languages C++, MQL4, Basic, C, etc then later i realize i have to settle somewhere so i settled for java and i started learning how to build android apps, then later video games and i have been developing video games till date. Whenever i think about my journey and how i managed to forge myself into the man i always dreamt off, my heart smiles the best!
