I have an observation, did you consider this variation?

An horizontal variation is important for spaces that are wider, so when you add the logo it doesn't become so small.

A nice touch to 'rest' eyes could have been using a dark gray for the name:

I love how you combined the <> and the bat to get that great icon! cheers!
