Unfortunately, the above behavior is not a bug but an intended functionality. The PO in his comment claimed to haved purposedly removed the paypal option in this commit https://github.com/ianhanniballake/LocalStorage/commit/43a96a7719a5ff1548d2482ed7afa5b882ebf036 so the only option that should appear are donating via Google Play.

In that regards, it is up to the Google Play Store to provide the list of in-app purchases that display in the dialog.
