Overview

Swapsteem is a peer to peer exchange market for STEEM/SBD, built in the Steem blockchain. With Swapsteem, users can trade the blockchain's cryptocurrency with their fiat currencies.
The task was to make an FAQ copy for the website. Acting as a pessimist, in the swapsteem discord general, I asked the PO some technical questions about the platform and how to successfully utilize it without looking elsewhere to sell my STEEM/SBD. He (the PO) provided convincing answers too, which I used to compile a comprehensive, PO satisfactory and convincing FAQ copy. The PO was indeed satisfied with my work and merged my Pull Request into the master repository.

Actual content

Every innovation has its own uniqueness and services, but the resultant is consumer and end-user satisfaction. FAQ is a page where the project owner rapport with the users, offer quality assurance, and also provide the necessary resources to help them utilize the services on their own. By doing these, I compiled a total of 19 possible frequently asked questions about Swapsteem and the best reasonable and convincing answers, with the help of the PO (@swapsteem). The questions are:

• What is Swapsteem?
• How am I protected from being scammed?
• Who manages my transactions?
• How long will my transaction take?
• Is there a need to deposit STEEM/SBD before making a trade?
• Who manages my dispute?
• Can the rate change during the transaction?
• What is the transaction fee?
• How do I cancel my transaction?
• Why is my transaction still waiting for payment if I've already paid?
• What will happen if I close the browser tab?
• Sent funds to the wrong address. Can I recover my funds?
• I have lost my username, password and the email I used to register with swapsteem. How can I retrieve my account?
• Does swapsteem have some sort of feedback system?
• What is the minimum of STEEM/SBD I can transact in swapsteem?
• What would be the format of the feedback?
• I've paid the seller but I haven't received my STEEM/SBD/money yet. Is this normal?
• I've made my payment, but I forgot to press the I have paid button or I did not press it in time
• Can I perform more than one transaction in swapsteem?
