May be you are learning development because I see a lot of rookie mistakes.
For instance:
.idea folder shouldn't be commited
There are a lot of commented code commit -> if it's commented it's not useful and it pollutes the code.
You should use code format hotkey of IntelliJ. This will fix a lot things.

Don't commit useless files like ExampleUnitTest.java
Try to give better names to your files too. MainActivity, Main2Activity, ... when does it stops, at 10? :p

Also if a search for photo organizer in Google Play or Apple Store I find a lot of free apps that are doing the work.
