Suggestion Adding "Page Layout Feature" on LibreOffice

LibreOffice is the open source office software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics design, databases and math. It can be downloaded and used completely free for any purpose. The component I want to suggest in this app is to add a page layout toolbar.

Proposal

before implemented below:

Everytime i use application writer on libreoffice I feel the lack of libreoffice writer because of the absence of the page layout feature to set the margin and the paper you want to use and others. so I suggest adding the page layout feature to make it easier for every user to use the app. Technically this feature is a mandatory feature in any writer based application because it will allow users to change pages, change and manage the page. And I think this important application is inserted in libreoffice writer to make user more comfortable using libreoffice writer.
