There was no official task request on utopian for this contribution by the project owner. I proposed to create setup and contribution guidelines documents making a pull request for documents and the project owner obliged.

Overview
Music-Player is an lightweight and Material Music Player for android based devices. Application is basically for playing and listening to music stored on your device storage
There was no Setup and Contributing guidelines for new comers and no way to tell them what are the guidelines for commits, PR's, Issues and What are the best practices to follow to be a contributing member of an organization.
Actual content
The document I created followed common templates that can be found almost anywhere on the internet. However, I worked on a template to elaborate each and every points to the new comers to easily understand how exactly the projects follows the standards. Especially on Issue reporting, labels, PR's, bug workflow and release processes in details.
- Added CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, SETUP.md and issue_template.md
