New Logo Design For Open Source, I purpose to Audacity
Audacity is an app that presents the best sound effects and this is also the best open source application ever. This application is also built with WxWidgets library so it can be operated in all operating systems.

Benefit / Improvement
<div class+"text-justify"> In this new Icon shows the character of the audacity application itself, also allows users to recognize the icon. This icon also represents the function of the application.
Instrument
To design this icon I use Corel Draw X6, because for me the CDX6 is easy to use and the tools presented are also complete so it is easy to modify any shape and also able to present a good color selection during the designing process.

HARD rules broken:
"A contribution must contain... benefits of your work to the project owner." - vertical proportions of your design are hard to use on website or mobile app icon. The idea of soud waves is a bit generic.
"Logo design contributions must contain the actual logo (logomark/logotype)." - you have shown version with logotype in your presentation, but didnt include it to source files
"It is strictly prohibited to modify other people’s work/assets " - you have used their original typography in website screenshot.
