• I don't see how your logo represent a launcher app. the shape of your logo is too abstract.
• the logotype is too small compared to the logomark

Suggestions:

• keep in mind that list launcher is android app, nowadays android app icon often made in symetrical 1:1 dimension. if you want to make your logo in abstract shapes, put it square, rounded square or round backgroud as the icon version.
