• You should show a video or an animated GIF if the bug can be recorded on screen.
• The Repository doesnt contains Licence file, even if there were some posts accepted on that repository.

we only made it as a [SOFT] rule so that it could be dealt with next time,Otherwise any repository can come here and say they are open-source . we trust the quality and allow quality posts to be accepted and get rewarded.
also you yourself said that this bug is not reproducible, having such cost to reproduce a layout issue bug also when such bug is generated from a repository which has no license. this is truly unacceptable. I hope you can see my point.
