Hello @virus95,thank you for your contribution through the Utopian.I was able to reproduce your bug report,however it is not a bug.After changing the language and changing it back to the system language,program needs a refresh.With changing the rotation you are actually doing same thing as clicking "f5" in computer which is refreshing.Thank you very much.
