Inclusion of notification option on the StreetComplete application

Components

StreetComplete is an application that finds incomplete and extendable data in your vicinity and displays it on a map as markers. It also helps to improve the open street map, in such a way that it makes use of GPS, thereby locating one's location and it's environment.
But, it was observed that the application does not have the feature of notification, which does not make using of the application easy, since someone need to open the application at all time, hence, there won't be notification if closed.

Proposal

I will suggest the notification option should be included on the application to improve the application. This will of course increase its users, since it will now be very easy to use, and someone will be receiving notifications. No need of opening the application at all times.

Benefits

Since the notification feature will be incorporated, it will help users to be able to receive notifications directly from the application, thereby making the application a very good one. People would really love this innovation.
