Problem with steempy 100% upvote for anyone who can help solve this

Hello guys,
I have an issue that I just can't seem to fix with setting up ubuntu to use steem python
I can read others accounts but I am unable to use Steempy. I get the error "steempy: command not found"

I have tried reinstallations an cant figure it out

I am really desperate to solve this problem so any help would be VERY VERY gratefully received!!!!!!!!!!
