Creating awareness for mapala in Nigeria
Introduction
Mapala is a very interesting open source project much like steemit you get rewards for writing articles with good content. I plan to let many people know about it that is why i am promoting it.
Audience
The social media promotion made targeted an audience of men and women between the ages of 13 and over 65. This included Students and Workers in Nigeria. It was made to reach over 10000 individuals all done in an effort to promote mapala.

- Age - 13 - 65 years
Activity
To run the Facebook promotion ad i used my Facebook page called steemit support which i created to promote steemit and other open source projects to Nigeria. I made a post on the page explaining mapala to them and left the link for them to access. The promotion started on 22/02/2018 and ended on 02/03/2018 which is 8 days. A total of $10 was spend on this promotion.

The post i made reached over 6,000 people and had over 2,325 likes, still counting.
