SampleHIS is a web application which is created to help small hospitals and clinics that do not have an information system application yet. With the help of this application its expected that the small hospitals have the system of recording medical reports. Task request here

Benefits / Improvements

I try to create a logo that can present the purpose and function of the application. The project owner ask the logo that describe the hospital information system with SHIS letter.
