A women from Texas is on trial trying to fight for custody of her 22-month-old daughter. Anita Vasquez, 36, had her daughter taken from her by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (basically CPS) after false accusations of endangering the child were bought against her. They claim she is the reason for her daughter development of physical and psychological negative health, and not the Gardasil-9 vaccine that was mistakingly given to her by a doctor.

The Gardasil-9 vaccine was meant for Vasquez's son, aged 14. Gardasil-9 is also only meant for children older than 10-years-old, yet Aniya Blu Vasquez who was 10-months-old at the time, received the vaccine, from medical error. After receiving the vaccine, she immediately began to experience physical symptoms with more over time, such as fever and weakness, and also lip smacking and staring spells which are associated with psychological changes.

Upon noticing something wasn't right with her child, Anita took Aniya to seek medical attention. She asked about the connection between the Gardasil-9 vaccine that Aniya should not have received, and her symptoms. But doctors wouldn't recognize any link. They denied any possibility that the Gardasil-9 vaccine could have given Aniya the medical issues she was experiencing.

Instead of the doctor who made a medical error facing any consequences for their actions of harming a child, only the child and her mother are being targeted as their lives are being torn apart.

Rather than help Anita and Aniya, she was defamed with false accusations by doctors and social workers. The loving mother was accused of Munchausen syndrome by proxy. Munchausen syndrome is also called factitious disorder. This is described as:

a serious mental disorder in which someone deceives others by appearing sick, by purposely getting sick or by self-injury

The thing about this so-called mental disorder, is that it can be pushed onto anyone who has been harmed by vaccines, medical errors, or medical malpractice, since many medical professionals are greatly ignorant and in denial about side-effects of vaccine, believing they are completely safe with no possibly of harm.

In Anita's case, the charge is Munchausen syndrome by proxy (MSBP), which means she is being accused of medical child abuse. Anyone who seeks to get medical help for difficult medical conditions can simply be blacklisted as inventing things and therefore endangering the child int heir deluded minds. She is being scapegoated by the medical industry for harm they caused to her daughter, when a doctor is the one who has harmed Aniya. This is a conspiracy to silence another victim of Gardasil and steal yet another child from a loving parent.

When a mother is accused of MSBP, they of course defend themselves against such false charges by so-called "authorities" in the medical industry. But doing so only act as a further admission of guilty to these authoritarians in denial. It's a lose/lose scenario, where you can either let you're child suffer, or speak up about it and be charged with endangering your child and lose custody They are more concerned with keeping the positive image of the medical establishment than getting to the truth of a matter.

Dr. Helen Hayward-Brown, a medical anthropologist from Australia, says the profile for "diagnosing" someone with MSBP is prejudicial, "lacks scientific credibility", and "is being used by medical practitioners to hastily condemn women." She has written a paper called False and Highly Questionable Allegations of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy, which shows how the so-called symptoms of MSBP can apply to a normal innocent parent where an actual medical condition is present.

CPS has taken custody of Aniya, who have denied ongoing medical issues. They claim that her health problems have disappeared, despite evidence showing Aniya had been taken to the hospital while in CPS/foster care custody.

Anita's trial will begin shortly, as juror selection was done earlier this week on Monday. The [Victoria Advocate] local news reports:

Attorneys for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services are suing Victoria mother Anita Vasquez, 36, to terminate her parental rights for 22-month-old Aniya Blu Vasquez. They claim the child struggled to gain weight and was hospitalized for severe medical problems because of her mother's actions.

The attorney representing the state, Shelly Merritt, is so manipulative that she told jurors:

"I would like a hashtag movement (called) #KeepAniyaSafe. It's what she deserves."

This was done to spin the story in favor of the authoritarians who like to mess with innocent people's lives, as Anita and her supporters were using the hashtag #BringAniyaHome prior in order to spread the story and bring justice to the mother and daughter.
