Hi Steemians! I thought this video from Destroying the Illusion was really helpful on a number of levels. I have summarized it so that it easier to share the information with others.

  1. First, some Red Pills
    • Reminder - Most mainstream science is bullshit! Former editor of Lancet Dr. Richard Horton reported that as much as 50% of scientific literature may be true
    • No money in healthy or dead people, only sick people
    • Editor of New England Journal Marcia Angell says Foreignbelieve in clinical research or the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative guidelines
  2. What is injected into us
    • Heavy metals - Mercury still in some vaccines and flu shots, ask for the insert to make sure. Aluminum is a neurotoxin.
    • Preservatives - polysorbates.
    • Foreign​ proteins that are never meant to be injected into a human body.

  3. Immune system havoc
    • Every time you take vaccines, your brain swells

  4. How to lessen infections
    • Keep it sanitary - keep clean and avoid hygiene​ products with toxics - clean with green
    • Nutrition​ - eat balanced, greens, fresh and raw as possible, Omega 3
    • Keep yourself healthy
  5. How to strengthen​ the immune system
    • Oil of Oregano - magic - use sub-lingually 4-5 drops every couple hours - burns a little - embrace the suck! Great for traveling​.
    • Medicinal shrooms - All these are great for immune system. Reishi (balancing hormones), Chaga (anti-oxidants), Cordyceps​ (lungs), Lion's Mane (Nervous system, cognitive function). We share 30-50% of DNA with mushrooms. We can use the constituents​ in them very well. (We only share 1% DNA with plants.)
    • Whole-food​ Vitamin C - Avoid Vitamin C that says Ascorbic Acid, which limits the amount of the Whole-Food Vitamin C to less than 1%.
