Producing our vegan treats for Yule markets! ♡

This is the time for Christmas & Yule markets, and a couple of us in the Ambrosia crew decided it was time to join the fun.

I've spent many hours in the kitchen the past week making creative goodies and other kinds of stuff, and it's safe to say that they turned out amazing. In addition to experimenting with some new treats, we made the most popular products from our traveling cafe. All the goodies are of course vegan, and most are gluten-free as well.

We're having a small pop-up shop tomorrow in the middle of downtown Oslo, and attending another Christmas marked the day after. The love and hard work we are putting in the Ambrosia project is really starting to show. We just got a spot reserved for our cafe at a festival in Finland, but more about that will come later. Things are going in the right direction and the right speed.

Here are a few pictures from the pop-up we had yesterday. Cozy, right?

These two cutting boards are hand-crafted by Michael from the Ambrosia crew, with wood he found in the Norwegian forest. They look so divine with the candle holes and everything. The patterns are made using the Lichtenberg-method, for those of you interested. They will be for sale in our cafe on most of the events we are attending, and we will make some more of them to use in the kitchen. The products in the Jars are all home-made by me with lots of love.
