Jerk Tofu, Mango Salsa, Brown Rice & Veggies
We mixed jerk seasoning into a batter then battered and fried the tofu. Then Made a Jerk Sauce that we drizzled on top of it.
In a separate bowl we prepared some classic salsa that we added some half ripe mangoes into.
We served this meal with a side salad 🥗 made out of lettuce, shredded carrots and cucumber and some brown rice that was boiled in Vegetable Broth.
This is absolutely delicious!

Chow Ideas 💡
If you don’t know what chow is, it’s basically seasoned fruit. It’s a local snack from Trinidad and Tobago.
You can make chow out of Mango, cucumber, apples, pineapple and the list goes on... just google Trinidad Chow recipes and you’ll see the instructions! MangoChow is my personal favorite! 💛💛
