Vegan Protein

in #vegan7 years ago

Currently I am a whole lotta 108lbs... At 5 foot 5" I am en route to gaining weight aka muscle building at Gold's Gym. My goal weight is 130lbs..of pure muscle. I know I have a long way to go. Going vegan in November was the best choice I have made yet. I am on the hunt to find the products that work for vegan lifters and hope to see the most gains. Here is the link to the current protein I am using and so far so good. Strength and vitality are the two words I am using to describe my experience so far. Acquired taste, but add a banana and you will be a-okay.

I have been a vegan by choice for six years and never stumbled over a vegan adult in need of protein supplements.

FYI: Germanys strongest man (Patrick Baboumian) is vegan ...

It is mainly to assist in fueling recovery from my workouts. I am no cardio bunny. I prefer heavy weights. =)

I would love to see your progress. I would love to see ever inch of you while you build your muscles. What is your goal? How far do you want to take the weight lifting?

I will definitely be posting progress pictures as I go. =) I dont see an end in sight. It is hard for me to imagine ever being like, ok I'm done lol. Always striving for more and more!! =) @chasbowie
