Ohh my! Now you really made me hungry! I miss parsnips and Jerusalem Artichokes so much since moving to Cambodia! My hubby actually brought some from his trip to Europe. Another great entry! I love the kale'n bits idea... I always blend them in smoothies, but this is just a great idea! thanks for another great recipe!

Thank you @amy-goodrich!

Sounds like it's time to start a farm out there to grow some non-native tasties :-)

Have a wonderful day!

That's just the plan! Moving house in a few months and planning a trip to Europe at the end of summer to meet up with family and friends... after that it will be time to get my hands dirty again!

@kennyskitchen - another amazing entry here! I love the combination of ingredients, it's just the kind of thing I love to cook and eat myself, and I'm definitely following you for more of these lovely looking recipes. I see you're on Patreon too, that's great and I hope you make lots of money :-) I liked your style of presenting the photos in this post too... we get to see more of the action without it taking up much more space. Good luck with this one, I don't know how our judge @amy-goodrich is going to decide!

Thanks @woman-onthe-wing! This was a couple of my favorite things to make all in one post :-)
