What I ate today on a VEGAN diet for HEALTH and WEIGHT LOSS + calories
What I ate today on a vegan diet for health and weight loss (including caloric intake). Main focus is on consuming whole plant-based foods for maximum nutrient density and fibre as this helps with overall feeling of satiation/fullness. Eating this way I have lost over 30 pounds without calorie restriction (aka starvation) or extreme amounts of exercise.
