Hi everyone! I’m here with yet another vegan soup recipe. I love making soups in the winter. They are so warming and comforting. I this time made it with rice noodles. If you’ve been following my blog for a while now you know I’m obsessed with rice noodles. I made everything out of them. If you’ve never had rice noodles before I highly encourage you to give them a try.
This recipe is extremely simple. Literally anyone can make it plus it’s also super quick. It wont take you more than 15 minutes if even that.
I started by cooking the vegetables, then added flavourings and last but definitely not least rice noodles. Yes, it’s that simple.
Ingredients:
- 100 g rice noodles
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup peas
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- vegetable broth
Method:
- Start by chopping carrots and cooking them with peas in vegetable broth.
- After about 5 minutes or so add rice noodles, turn the heat off, add soy sauce and put the lid on.
- Once the rice noodles are ready serve and enjoy!
