Thanks for providing these great cooking ideas. I'm not a great food photographer, and I don't think my creations are as phtogenic as these. Still, I recently made some pretty decent "patties" using mostly mashed sweet potatoes and flax seed. It was simple and good enough for seconds, IMO. :)
