With Xmas fast approaching who doesn't love a creamy dip!
This Low fat, dairy free, oil free, Organic vegan dip is perfect for when friends drop in, entree for Xmas dinner, or just a light snack, whenever you fancy.
No body wants to spend hours slaving in the kitchen for Xmas, much rather spend time with family and friends.
This dip is quick and easy to make, healthy, easy on the hips, and delicious. Will get you points with even the fussiest of your family and friends!
With Only 5 ingredients, you will be able to whip this up in a jiffy and be back enjoying yourself over the Xmas break.
Ingredients :
All Organic produce.
One whole Clove Garlic
Juice of half Lemon
One packet Silken Tofu
Himalayan Rock salt (to taste)
10 Sundried Tomatoes
Method :
Add all ingredients to blender,
blend on High for a few minutes, scrapping down sides as needed.
If minute is too thick, add more lemon juice or a Table spoon of soy milk or other plant based milk.
Voila!
Your Sundried Tomatoe Dip is now ready!
Now get out of the kitchen and Have fun with family and friends!
