Bean Sprouts | Growing food with NO light!
Here's a cool little tip for when things get rough or if you're just craving some sprouts.
Find your choice of bean - black, red, Green, Chickpea, Split Pea, Soy etc.
Soak seeds/beans over night in a mason jar. In the morning remove the water, and use a piece of cheese cloth or shirt to cover the lid, set in a dark place for until the sprouts have grown to your desired size. Check daily.
ENJOY!
