Tal y como anunciaba vía Twitter el presidente de Venezuela Nicolás Maduro, la preventa de su polémica "criptomoneda" ha comenzado. En un comunicado del vicepresidente venezolano, se ha especificado que el Petro se ha desarrollado en la blockchain de NEM.
