Venezuela in crisis
Hello friends of steemit, today I come to transmit information about the crisis that is happening Venezuela and the unfortunate tragedies that happened in 2017.
It is impressive how a country so rich in natural resources has fallen to such a low level. At this time we Venezuelans are surviving an extreme crisis, where the economy is getting worse, and where many of the materials that are necessary for the survival of people are not found.
And that through this economy there has been extreme poverty in a large part of Venezuelan territory. In addition, the lack of essential resources such as medicines and food are another factor that greatly affects Venezuelans, because a high percentage of people in this country have died due to lack of medicines to be able to comply with a treatment. the recovery and in the case of the food that when it is found is at a very high price to be able to acquire it easily.
In 2017 many events happened that caused the Venezuelan people to take to the streets to protest the freedom of this country, from the elderly to the university students themselves who took to the streets to protest to have a better future in this country. But the brutal repression of the state security forces against the demonstrators was taking on a new victim each day.
The protesters remained in the streets for a long time despite the onslaught of tear gas, pellets and even bullets from the officials of the Bolivarian National Guard and the Bolivarian National Police.
At the beginning of these protests 65 people had died and more than 10,000 were wounded, taking into account that it was only at the beginning of the protests, with 72 dead in the protests that were held until June 7.
The great majority of deceased young students who only wanted a better future for their country and for their loved ones.
I hope that God will see all Venezuelans in this 2018 and help us out of this great crisis that Venezuela is going through.
No matter how bad things are, no matter how tyrannical the government may be, no matter how many difficulties are waiting ahead, I can say one thing, and that is that nobody is ever stronger than the people. People united and determined in their fight will overcome, I know it because I've witnessed it in my home country, Bosnia. Therefore, stay strong, optimistic and never give up, because the only force that can bring down a tyranny is the force of the people it is trying to oppress. Bless you and all the best from Bolivia.
Thank you very much for those words and good wishes, it really means a lot, regards!
