Homemade Churros.
Good afternoon dear friends!
As we all know in Venezuela every day the situation is more chaotic and we are practically surviving in this mega economic crisis, we always have a craving for a sweet or any snack and due to the high cost of a cake, cookie or punch, I do not stay another to improvise and here I wanted to share a recipe for homemade super churros.
300 g wheat flour all use.
440 ml. of water.
1 spoon of butter.
1 teaspoon salt.
sugar.
frying oil.
Absorbent kitchen paper.
A pastry bag.
The simple procedure.
We put water to boil two cups approximately and then add salt, sugar and butter, we are adding the flour little by little and stir it with a wooden pallet until it thickens. We turn off and let cool and then with the sleeve we add the mixture.
We use a pan with oil and we take out the churros and to facilitate the work we cut them with a pair of scissors. After frying, we add sugar on top and ready to eat.
