Steemit is English language website. It's been created in English. When you joined it, you read the introduction and White Paper in English.
Steemit isn't Facebook. You get paid on Steemit for own and original content. If you keep using someone else's work (stealing/plagiarising) in order to profit, you will be likely to get flagged by community.
If you want to just share the information, then provide the source of content and select to refuse to receive the payout while submitting the post.
