Entrepreneurship is nothing more than a study focused on understanding and developing competencies and skills related to the creation of a new venture. This, like any other science, has undergone significant progress and advances in different aspects, as can be seen in its different currents, which are:

• Psychology, which in its topics seeks the characteristics of entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial process, what causes it.

• Sociología, which investigates entrepreneurs from different cultural and social backgrounds, that is, the causes.

• Economics, which shows us the relationship between the economic environment and entrepreneurship, that is, the effects.

• And General, which shows us the skills of entrepreneurs, management and growth, specifically of behavior. Thus, we can find which are the qualities needed to be a good entrepreneur.

We must take into account that no matter what the idea for your business is, entrepreneurship has shown us basic qualities that people must have when it comes to entrepreneurship, which are basically keys to success. The first would be creativity and ingenuity, because the first step to entrepreneurship is to have an idea, since it is from this that new projects arise and can revolutionize the market; from there we would move to passion, because, despite being just a "superstition" for some, it is well said that when you love what you do, success comes alone, and to undertake a lot of motivation is needed, this, along with the idea that there will be difficulties along the way and the only way to face them and deal with them is loving what you do. Now, having a vision is extremely important because a single idea is not enough, it is important to find the means to carry out that idea and have a line that you can follow; but for that you need leadership: with a project already in your mind and in your hands you must learn to seize opportunities and to detect them as a leader for a team. For this, you really need patience and this is because you have to understand that a good business is not created overnight, and many times you must work with trial and error, make mistakes and try again, but I understand that this is difficult, so how could we continue? With trust, responsibility, being responsive, with empathy and with decisions.

El emprendedorismo no es más que estudio focalizado en comprender y desarrollar las competencias y habilidades relacionadas a la creación de un nuevo emprendimiento. Esta, como cualquier otra ciencia ha pasado por progresos y avances significativos en diferentes aspectos, como se puede ver en sus diferentes corrientes que son:

• La psicología, que en sus temas busca las características de los emprendedores y del proceso emprendedor, es decir, sus causas.

• Y la general, que nos muestra las habilidades de los emprendedores, la gerencia y el crecimiento, específicamente de la conducta. Así, podemos encontrar cuales son las cualidades que se necesitan para ser un buen emprendedor.

Hay que tener en cuenta que sin importar cuál sea la idea para tu negocio, el emprendedonismo nos ha mostrado cualidades básicas que las personas deben tener a la hora de emprender, que son, básicamente, unas claves para el éxito. La primera sería la creatividad e ingenio, pues el primer paso para emprender es tener una idea, ya que a partir de ésta es donde surgen proyectos nuevos y se puede revolucionar el mercado; de ahí pasaríamos a la pasión, ya que, a pesar de ser solo una “superstición” para algunos, bien se dice que cuando amas lo que haces, el éxito llega solo, y para emprender se necesita mucha motivación, esto, junto a la idea de que se van a presentar dificultades en el camino y la única manera de enfrentarlas y lidiar con ellas es amando lo que haces. Ahora, tener una visión es sumamente importante ya que una sola idea no basta, es importante buscar los medios para llevar a cabo esa idea y tener una línea que puedas seguir; pero para eso necesitas liderazgo: con un proyecto ya en tu mente y en tus manos debes aprender a aprovechar las oportunidades y a detectarlas como todo un líder para un equipo. Para esto, realmente se necesita paciencia y esto es debido a que hay que entender que un buen negocio no se crea de la noche a la mañana, y muchas veces debes trabajar con la prueba y el error, equivocarte e intentarlo otra vez, pero comprendo que esto sea difícil, entonces, ¿cómo podríamos seguir? Con confianza, responsabilidad, siendo receptivo, con empatía y con decisiones.
